Samsung Markets in Style: Hands on Samsung Galaxy S5

Samsung Galaxy S5 - White

Samsung Galaxy S5 - Black

I couldn't find the blue one to get my hands on it..

But look what came in front of me when I went to get my hands on the all new Samsung Galaxy S5 on April 11th, the day it started selling in retail stores in the market. Samsung in Hyderabad was going to all the stores which were selling its mobile to promote it. Maybe give it to a customer who was lucky to get it from there hands. Snap a couple of pics and promote their all new Flagship phone in the best way they can..

Samsung Galaxy Music

A Samsung device specially for Music lovers with great sound and cute colours sounds good. It's a small device with speakers on the top and bottom of the screen. Here are the specs:
§ 3-inch display at 320×240 pixels
§ 900/2100MHz 3G bands
§ 512MB of RAM
§ 4GB of on-board storage, expandable to 32GB via micro SD Card
§ 1,300mAh battery
So it's not something that the most of us would buy for ourselves. Perhaps Samsung is looking to get to the teenagers that listen to music all day long and do nothing else with their phones. It appears the Galaxy Music is part Galaxy Player and part budget phone.
Samsung didn't mention availability or Pricing. Also Samsung is hosting an event on October 11th in Frankfurt, Germany, where the Galaxy S3 mini is due to be officially announced. Maybe the Galaxy Music will make an appearance there as well.
Any thoughts on the Galaxy Music?

Four New Galaxy S III Colors

Amber Brown*: Inspired by the mysterious and unique gem, which was believed to sustain the secrets of the earth inside it. The deep, rich colour of Amber Brown redefines the classic colour and emphasizes the beauty of the advanced organic design of the GALAXY S III.

Garnet Red*: Rare and special, the gemstone Almandite Garnet was worn as an amulet by the ancient Egyptians who believed the stone contained protective powers. Garnet Red holds the delicateness and elegance of Almandite Garnet, in line with the GALAXY S III's soft curves and smooth lines.

Sapphire Black*: A colour that adds the mysterious power of dark stones to the refined, deep sophistication of the colour black, Sapphire Black is inspired by the stones used by the ancient people of India and Persia for protection, with the belief they strengthened one's willpower.

Titanium Grey*: Inspired by the colour grey as a symbol for intelligence, insight and curiosity, all of which are embodied within the design of the GALAXY S III. Titanium Grey expresses the feeling of modernity and wisdom bringing a futuristic element to the handset.
* Availability of colours will vary depending on the country and carrier/retailer.
(Local market to remove colour options as applicable)

Samsung Galaxy Camera - 16MP, Android 4.1

This is seriously something I had imagined years ago when I was doing my engineering. I never went into that segment of work, but always imagined a Camera with the features of a Mobile. Yeah, you read it right. A 16 mega pixel camera based on Android 4.1 operating system, has a 21x Optical zoom and it is enabled with 3G connectivity. Amazing right?
